Terms of Service – SuperAstro

1. Acceptance of Terms
   
   By downloading, accessing, or using the SuperAstro app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.
   
   
   

2. Use of Service
   
   
   

   • SuperAstro provides access to AI-powered Vedic astrology guidance, including chat with an “Astrologer” AI bot and astro-based remedies.
     
     
     

   • Content is provided as a guidance/companionship tool based on Vedic astrology.
     
     
     

   • All content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, copy, resell, or commercially exploit the content without our prior written permission.
     
     
     

   • You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, hacking, attempting unauthorised access, or interfering with the app’s operation or servers.
     
     
     

3. Subscription, Payments & Top-Ups
   
   
   

   • SuperAstro offers a ₹1 verification for a 1-day trial. After the trial, the subscription auto-renews at ₹149 per month (or any other plan/price displayed in the app at the time).
     
     
     

   • The service may also offer top-ups if your usage exceeds the plan’s stipulated limits. Details and pricing of top-ups will be displayed in the app.
     
     
     

   • Payments are handled securely by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your card/UPI details on our servers.
     
     
     

   • If payment for a renewal fails, the payment gateway and/or app may retry charges for a limited period (e.g., a few days) as permitted by your mandate and bank rules.
     
     
     

   • You may cancel your subscription any time before the renewal date through the applicable app store, payment method, or in-app options (as applicable).
     
     
     

   • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or partially used top-ups, except where required by applicable law.
     
     
     

4. Notifications, WhatsApp & SMS
   
   
   

   • The app may send push notifications, in-app messages, WhatsApp messages, and SMS related to:
     
     
     

     • Daily or periodic astrology guidance,
       
       
       

     • Trial expiry, subscription status, and renewals,
       
       
       

     • Usage alerts and top-up options,
       
       
       

     • Offers and marketing campaigns.
       
       
       

   • You can manage push notifications in your device settings. For WhatsApp/SMS, you may opt out or unsubscribe by using the instructions in those messages where provided, subject to still receiving essential transactional messages (e.g., OTPs, payment confirmations).
     
     
     

5. Intellectual Property
   
   
   

   • All app content, including but not limited to text, AI responses, visuals, designs, code, and any audio, is the property of SuperAstro / First Principles AppsForBharat or its licensors.
     
     
     

   • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app and its content for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
     
     
     

   • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app or its content without our prior written consent.
     
     
     

6. Disclaimer
   
   
   

   • SuperAstro provides an AI-based Vedic astrology guidance and companionship experience.
     
     
     

   • Astrology and AI predictions are inherently interpretive and may not be accurate or complete. Results may vary from person to person.
     
     
     

   • We do not guarantee any specific outcomes in relation to health, wealth, career, relationships, or any aspect of your life.
     
     
     

   • The app and its content are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice. You should seek advice from qualified professionals for such matters.
     
     
     

   • You agree that you use the app and rely on any content or guidance at your own discretion and risk.
     
     
     

7. User Conduct & Content
   
   
   

   • You agree not to use the app to send or share content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
     
     
     

   • Chat interactions and other data may be used (in anonymised/aggregated form) to improve our models, recommendations, and app features.
     
     
     

   • We may, at our discretion, restrict or remove access if we believe your use violates these Terms or applicable law.
     
     
     

8. Termination
   
   
   

   • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SuperAstro (in whole or in part) if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
     
     
     

   • You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable period, subject to any retention required by law (e.g., transaction records).
     
     
     

9. Age & Eligibility
   
   
   

   • SuperAstro is not directed to children under 13 years of age.
     
     
     

   • By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms under applicable law.
     
     
     

10. Governing Law
    
    
    

    • These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of SuperAstro are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
